Unlike common vegan and gluten free cookies and desserts on the market that use empty carb substitutes, we use quality ingredients of high nutritious value. Almond flour is high in protein, magnesium, vitamin E and monounsaturated fats, low in carbs yet high in healthy fats and fiber. We also mostly use natural and organic sweeteners (maple syrup, agave, dates, raisins) instead of refined sugars.

The idea began when Anu was determined to make healthy energy bars and snacks for her daughter’s sport games and practices. We began by selling our unique snacks at local farmers market, coffee shops, grocery stores, and college cafeterias. We have been running our own shop since 2016.
